For the past 10 days or so, I've been using my own personal Mastodon instance and I'm not sure how I feel about it so far.
I have thoughts about the Twitter migration thing that's happening on Mastodon. After reading Hugh's essay on the topic, I feel inspired to scribble a few down.
I tried using XMPP for 6 months but have now shut down my server. Here are my thoughts.
