Fish Cam
A camera pointed at two of my aquariums. One picture every five minutes.
The time in the corner of the picture is stamped on by the camera. This page reloads itself every five minutes.
About the cam
This is a Reolink E1 sitting upstairs, pointed at two aquariums. It takes one picture every five minutes, around the clock, and that picture replaces the one above. There is no video, and there is not going to be any: the camera speaks a protocol that will hand over a still on request and nothing else.
The tank lights go off at 4:00 PM. If you are here in the evening you are looking at a dark room with some very calm fish in it. Nothing is broken.
The picture is small on purpose. Webcams looked like this when I first started reading other people's websites, and the whole appeal of the format was that somebody had pointed a camera at something ordinary and left it running.
