Both 2 and 3 suffered from too long fight scenes. The last fight scene with Smith was just way too long and I skipped ahead to the final bit of that scene. Just re-watched it and I have to say, it still holds up really well. Special effects, acting, all of it. The cheesiest part is where Neo calls the machines then flies away.
